Sleep Tips that work for us

What will work for you.....?

Sleep......the image above makes me want to go back to sleep. :)

We want to help you have a better understanding (as a high performing athlete) WHY it is so important you get plenty of sleep. 

We are also going to provide you with a few simple tips and tools you can use right away to help you get a restful night's sleep.

Sleep, yeah, yeah, sleep......

  • But I am a parent with young kids
  • I am a college student and I need to study
  • I work night shift
  • I just can't sleep (never been able to)
  • I struggle to shut down at night
  • Other?

Don't worry. We understand everyone is different and in their own unique situation (we have 2 very young kids who do not let us sleep)! 

You do what you can, and when you can. 

With that said, it's also important that you do know what your body and mind are missing out on when you get very little to no sleep on a consistent basis.

But for Rugby Athletes who are NOT faced with the sleeping challenges above:

Rugby is demanding and takes a serious toll on our bodies.

  • Do you know the benefits of sleep and how much great stuff happens to our bodies when we get a solid 7-8hrs?
  • What is it costing your body and mind by not getting adequate sleep!?
  • Are you fatigued and on auto-pilot?
  • Maybe you arrive at practice sleepy and unenergized?

Sleep is IMPORTANT and many people choose to sacrifice it on a daily basis.
